Unable to match the pace of the frontrunners, and with a 150 lap gap to Matchbox in 4th,
there was nothing more that Team Special Frank could do than trying to keep their Bentley out of trouble.
Not used to the high grip running on wooden tracks and sponge tyres they had thier share of "acclimatisation" crashes, but unless things went really wrong a podium finish should be theirs.
