EEC round #3, Alsdorf Flight schedules
Hello,
I would need schedule for Alsdorf race. Especially I would like to know when race will stop on sunday. I noticed it is difficult to find suitable
flights from dusseldorf/cologne to Finland on Sunday 25th May.
regards

Hello Kai
Just been down to Alsdorf on saturday to talk things through with the owner.
Looks like we 'll be able to use the bowling during the night but...with the expected 24 teams and six lanes we wont be finished before Sunday
15-16:00 hrs
Maybe a flight back on Monday?

I have checked them. Unfortunatelly they will arrive dusseldorf very late = no time for practise
I found suitable connection from SAS. Departure time on Sunday from dusseldorf is 18.55. We will travel with train from alsdorf to dusseldorf. I hope
there is time enough for that after the race.

Hello Kai,
I talked to Oscar Hernandez last monday and you can catch a ride with him back to Dusseldorf on Sunday.
Its about a 1 hour drive from Alsdorf and he can drop you off at the Airport.
You could also contact the Norwegians as the will fly to Dusseldorf as well and will rent a car to go down to Alsdorf.

Hello Tamar,
We would appreciate to get an idea for a provisionnal time schedule in Alsdorf. Moreover it seems Philippe have to leave earlier than usual on Sunday
What about free practice on Friday ? I remember having seen some info elsewhere on this forum but I cannot recover it
Nice to CU again,
Kind regards,
Philippe

hoe laat wil phillip uiterlijk weg
we kunnen ook wat schuiven met heats zodat je op tijd weg kan
er is altijd wel een oplossing te vinden

well....
Hi guys,
besides the undoubtlessly interesting information about the ones (not) coming early/later and (not) leaving early/late, apparently someone forgot to
answer the very first question on this topic by Kai, and again recently repeated by Philippe...
So I will try a third attempt :
Could we please have a more or less detailed timing of the event? Not because of us having the intention of coming or leaving early or late, but just
to know when (not) to be there?
I understand that, as usual, you will start when you arrive and end when you leave, but for non-RfH racers and teams, it would be easier if you could
pin-point some kind of timing on this, we are not that good on guessing...
So, please...?

Dank U wel voor uw proposal Remco, very kind of U
Philippe have to leave for 11AM on Sunday, so it would be nice if Run 3 heats were organized in such a way.
Of course, for myself, I will stay there till the end of the Titanic shipwreck
Unfortunately, chances to be there on friday evening are very few for us, sorry
Tamar, thx for the time table, it sounds te be clear now.
CU there,
Philippe
