IMCA DTM cars, what allowed

at the Imca world, DTM is the one this year, but how much should be used, is it whit complete inserts or is a lexan body ok?
is it possible to use a Blokker/dinky €5 car with black windows and sand it down inside to no weight?

Read the IMCA rules at their website!! It is quite clear that NO SANDING is allowed. How this will be policed at the IMCA Worlds, well that remains to be seen. But the DTM rules are quite clear!
