FIA GT Groundclearance: Clarification wanted

It looks like the IMCA rule book needs some further clarification:

Come on guys, all of your LMS rules are written such way, now that someone writes a rule the way you write them, all of a sudden you don't seem to
understand what it means....
it simply says : you need at least 1.0 mm for the start and you cannot go below 0.4 mm. If you get caught below 0.4 mm or some part of your car is
dragging onto the track, you need to repair it and to have the car checked at TC and it must clear 1.2 mm. The meaning of the rule is obvious :
1) don't go (or don't get caught...) below 0.4 mm...
2) build your car to clear 1.2 mm under normal circumstances

but if somehow you get lower then 0.4, you have to get back up to 1.2 
that makes sense

Raymond, all other measures are consistent in the rule book, except this one. That's why I posted the clarification request (not Tamar - he moved it
out of an existing thread to keep things tidy in the forum).

Hello Folks,
Ground clearance rule for FIA GT is still unclear (for me).
I found this sentence from IMCA's site (not from the rule book):
PART 2; THE ENDURANCE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Ground clearance starting the race is 1.2 mm and may never be lower than 0.4mm on a sanction of a loss of 10 per cent of the achieved
laps since the previous control.
But from the rule book I can find this sentence:
(c) GROUND CLEARANCE in FIA GT racing is at least 1.0 mm, starting the race and may be never lower than 0.4 mm.
Actually this sentence is under Art. 7.2.2 (LMS cars), but this word FIA GT...
I would need some clarification asap because today I am going to make final setup of our FIA GT Corvette. I don't like to build my car to 1,2 mm if
1,0 mm possible.

Great. Maybe I should be try MoMo X-SW07 GT for FIA GT...
