 These are the Technical rules that will apply during the "Big Wheels" Group 5 race on the Spa- Francorchamps Track in Alsdorf. Beleow the English text there's also an Dutch version of the rules.
English version
 1/24 Car, hard plastic/resin/glassfibre/carbonfibre body, type Group 5/IMSA GTU/GTO/Silhouette from the 1975 through 1984 period, Using a commercially available chassis, type inline.
Art.1. Body
Material: Hard plastic, resin, glassfibre, carbonfibre
Period: 1975 through 1984
Maximum width: 91 mm
Minimum Weight: 55 grams
Interieur: Dashboard, 3D driver, helmet, arms and steering wheel have to be present.
Modifications: Allowed, as long as it will reflect a 1/1 car.
Bodymounting: Bodymounting/bodybrackets are free. Meaning everything that stays on the body when it is not attached to the chassis.
Clarification: The use of lexan is allowed in the interieur and windows.
Art. 2. Chassis
Chassis: Has to be commercially available.
Type: All chassis that are standard and only available in “inline motor” lay-out are allowed.
Modifications: Changing parts of the same manufacturor as the used chassis is allowed. Free changeable parts are: Guide, guidewires, braids, (axle)spacers, screws, washers, nuts. Other selfmade parts are not allowed. Cutting, drilling grinding etc. on original parts is not allowed.
Axles: Only steel axles are allowed.
Art. 3. Wheels
Front wheels
Min. Dia Fronts: Ø 22 mm
Min. Width Fronts: 5 mm
Max. Axle Width: 86 mm
Tyres: Black rubber, make and brand free.
Rims: Aluminium, make and brand free.
Independant Fronts: Independant fronts are allowed.
Rear wheels
Min. Dia Rear Wheels: Ø 25 mm
Max. Dia Rear Wheels: Ø 28,5 mm
Max. Width Rears: 20 mm
Max. Spur Width: 86 mm
Tyres: Black sponge-foamrubber, make and brand free.
Rims; Aluminium, make and brand free.
Art. 4. Bearings
Bearings: Make, type and brand free.
Art. 5. Motor
Motor: Only unmodified C3 motors are allowed during the race.
Art. 6. Fixed Gearing
Gearing:
Gears: Make, material and ratio free.
Art. 7. Car
Car: All four wheels and all parts of the chassis need to be covered by the body and may not be visible in top view
Total Weight: 185 grams
Ground Clearance: At any given time in, during or after the race, 1,0 mm.
Nederlandse versie
1/24 Auto, hard plastic/resin/glasvezel/koolstofvezel body, type Groep 5/IMSA GTU/GTO/Silhouette uit de periode 1975 t/m 1984, gebruikmakend van een commercieel verkrijgbaar chassis, type inline.
Art.1. Body
Materiaal: Hard plastic, resin, glasvezel, koolstofvezel
Periode: 1975 t/m 1984
Maximale breedte: 91 mm
Minimum Gewicht: 55 gram
Interieur: Dashboard, 3D coureur, helm, armen en stuur dienen aanwezig te zijn.
Modificaties: Toegestaan, indien de modificatie een 1/1 voorbeeld weerspiegelt.
Bodybevestiging: Bodybevestiging/kapbeugels zijn vrij. D.w.z alles dat aan de body blijft zitten wanneer die niet aan het chassis bevestigd is.
Verduidelijking: Het gebruik van lexan is toegestaan in het interieur en de ramen.
Art. 2. Chassis
Chassis: Dient commercieel verkrijgbaar te zijn.
Type: Alle chassis die standaard en enkel verkrijgbaar zijn in ‘inline motor’ uitvoering zijn toegestaan.
Modificaties: Uitwisseling van onderdelen van dezelfde fabrikant als die van het gebruikte chassis is toegestaan. Vrij te vervangen onderdelen zijn: Sleperschoen, sleperdraden, slepers, (as)spacers, schroefjes, ringetjes, moertjes. Andere zelfgemaakte onderdelen zijn niet toegestaan. Slijpen, boren zagen etc. in originele onderdelen is niet toegestaan.
Assen: Enkel stalen assen zijn toegestaan.

Voorwielen
Min. Dia Voorwielen: Ø 22 mm
Min. Breedte Voorwielen: 5 mm
Max. Asbreedte: 86 mm
Banden: Zwart rubber, merk en uitvoering vrij.
Velgen: Aluminium, merk en uitvoering vrij.
Onafhankelijke voorwielen: Onafhankelijk draaiende voorwielen zijn toegestaan.
Achterwielen
Min. Dia Achterwielen: Ø 25 mm
Max. Dia Achterwielen: Ø 28,5 mm
Max. Br Achterwielen: 20 mm
Max. Spoorbreedte: 86 mm
Banden: Spons/Schuimrubber, merk en uitvoering vrij.
Velgen: Aluminium, merk en uitvoering vrij.
Art. 4. Lagers
Lagers: Merk, type en uitvoering vrij.
Art. 5. Motor
Motor: Enkel een ongemodificeerde C3 motor is toegestaan tijdens de race.
Art. 6. Vastgestelde Overbrenging
Overbrenging:
Tandwielen: Merk, materiaal en verhouding vrij.
Art. 7. Auto
Auto: Alle vier de wielen en alle onderdelen van het chassis dienen bedekt te zijn door de body en mogen uit bovenaanzicht niet zichtbaar zijn.
Totaal Gewicht: 185 gram
Grondspeling: Op ieder moment in, tijdens of na de race, 1,0 mm.
