Hello guys,
I have some very good news for those interested, and for all the Saleen Supporters out there.
I am officially molding the the first production body from "BA bodies", of the new, and corrected Saleen S7R for use at FIA GT Replica
competitions.
Based on the Slotracinglemans Cars Database, the official 1:1 car dimensions are as follows:
Length: 4770 mm, Width: 1990 mm, Height: 1040 mm, Wheelbase: 2700 mm
Dividing by 24 to get to true 1/24 Scale, the SCALE dimensions should be:
Length: 198.75 mm, Width: 82.92 mm, Height: 43.33mm, Wheelbase: 112.50 mm
The Body I am producing has the following dimensions:
Length: 199.50 mm, Width: 83.60 mm, Height: 43.00mm, Wheelbase: 112.00 mm
Even if I say so myself, that all looks to be a PERFECT 1/24 replica of the Saleen S7R..
I will have Pics of the first laminated body in a few days time to show you all. Bodies will be Epoxy Laminated, not resin, and the available kit will
consist of complete Windows, Light covers, Interior and detailed motor detail. Professional decals (Clear Backing) will need to be sourced from other
suppliers, but I will offer some colour backed decals based on some of the older cars from the previous seasons, as well as this year's cars.
Pricing including postage to Europe will be around 150 EUROS if you're interested.
